Join local artist Cassandra Batterby painting en plein air for this fantastic one day oil painting course from stunning locations around the Ribble Valley.

Using simple, structured exercises Cassandra will show you how to paint a landscape with confidence, and give you the knowledge to go on and create successful landscape paintings of your own.  She will demonstrate how to tackle proportion, composition and perspective in the landscape, followed by personal critique and individual guidance. The topics of colour and detail will be explored in the afternoon session, using short demonstrations and ongoing critique as you work on your painting.
